PRODUCT CONDITION GUIDELINES
Our company strives to be honest with our customers. We understand that condition for products can be subjective & varies based on customers point of view.
The following guidelines applies to all product categories as stated in original description pages on EzMonsterDeals.
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened item in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Original protective wrapping, if any, is intact. Original manufacturer's warranty, if any, still applies, with warranty details included in the listing comments. Item might still have some minor bumps/bruises to packaging and/or contents might be loose. *Please note: We cannot guarantee items in mint or pristine condition.
Used - Like New: An item is almost like new condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing, and/or some damage to original packaging, not in pristine condition, but like new. Might show signs of signs of slight wear or tears packaging only (item is unharmed inside package). Instructions may or may not be included.
Used - Very Good: An item that has seen some or limited use but remains in great condition. The item might show slight signs of wear or tear, very slight spots or stains.
Used - Good: An item that shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition and works perfectly. It may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use. Pieces/accessories and/or parts might be missing.
Used - Acceptable: An item is fairly worn but continues to work perfectly. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and worn corners. The item may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use. Pieces/accessories and/or parts might be missing.
If you are attempting to return an item due outer box damaged or blemishes, here are some things you need to know.
Products (ex. toys or clothing) are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations or imperfections may occur during the manufacturing process. Some examples of minor variations may include, but not limited to slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging or box, blemishes, few dust/dirt spottings from shipping item from warehouse to destination facility, slight difference in cut or size to material. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine item, it isn’t always the case. Due to the nature of our business, all customer receive deals, discounts and reduced pricing below original (MSRP) Manufacturers Suggested Retail Pricing therefore, minor variations of damage will happen and do occur. Our Product policy states that minor flaws are not considered a true defect as long as the item itself is unaffected.
We have no issue's with buyer returning a product within 30 days of order date. However, we do not accept claims of 'not as described' or 'damaged goods' in this given situation above.
All items posted on EzMonsterDeals are coming from a clean & smoke free site. Any products or items received, comes to us in a packed pallet.
EzMonsterDeals sells a variety of goods, from new, used, customer returns, store demo, closeout, supplier buyout, store shelf pull or other. We never know exact history of any item we receive, but we strive to be honest with our customers.
EzMonsterDeals receive items randomly. We never know what items are received, until we break down the pallet and sort items. Once sorted, we list the items on the website. Unfortunately, EzMonsterDeals does not take request and we cannot put customers on waiting list. Our products are a 'FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE' basis. Most of our items cannot be re-stocked and while supplies last.
EzMonsterDeals strives to keep inventory levels consistent and accurate. Once in awhile, a customer may purchase an item that is 'OUT OF STOCK'. EzMonsterDeals will simply cancel the order and refund the customer's money. EzMonsterDeals does not guarantee the availability of stock.
