GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Multiple shipping options are available to buyer. Choose your shipping service, upon checkout of items. Items shipped to PO Box & US Protectorates requires US post office services only. Also review our Return Policy, for further details. Such policies will include, but are not limited to the following information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Contact EzMonsterDeals using Contact Us for customer service if you feel that your shipping fees were not within our guidelines:

  • $1.00 handling charge per order at EzMonsterDeals, to cover our supplies and costs (ex. boxes, tape, production time, etc.)
  • All orders over $250 and up are subject to free shipping within the contiguous United States, which you can select at checkout.
  • Oversize shipping charges are applied to some items you are purchasing. Customer's are responsible for those charges. (ex. goalie and hockey sticks, bags with rail bars, typically large sized shipping boxes and up, etc.)
  • Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will NOT BE RELEASED until proper verification can be provided.
  • Shipping Days: include business days only.
  • Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only.
  • Any order received by 9am (PST) will be shipped same day. Any order received after 9:01am (PST) and after, will be shipped the following day on Monday, Wednesday or Fridays.
  • EzMonsterDeals DOES NOT ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • PO Box/APO/FPO: Orders are shipped via US Postal shipping service only.
  • The customer assumes responsibility for any shipping charges. Customer agrees to pay all charges for any refused shipments. Charges will include all shipping charges coming, going, or returned to EzMonsterDeals due upon return of item(s) will be deducted from original purchase price.
  • We do not offer freight forwarding or forward items to pickup locations. This is to protect the end card holder and EzMonsterDeals against credit card fraud. We reserve the right to cancel the order, and report our findings to the payment processor.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service and will not release any item without proper verification.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

EzMonsterDeals offers shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom. EzMonsterDeals DOES NOT offer shipping to other countries at the moment. Please contact customer service at ezmonsterdeals@gmail.com for any International purchasing or shipping questions.

  • EzMonsterDeals will run a credit card verification on each international order. This is to provide safety from fraudulent behavior to both our customers and EzMonsterDeals. Each order will be subject to a risk management screening. We reserve the right to refuse service and will not release any item without proper verification.
  • Shipping Days: include business days only.
  • Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only. EzMonsterDeals is pacific standard time zone.
  • PO Box/APO/FPO: Orders are shipped via US Postal shipping service only and must go through a verification process, before we ship any order.
  • International customer assumes responsibility for any duty, taxes, and customs charges. These costs require payment upon receipt of the shipment. Additionally, international buyers are responsible for all shipping charges applied upon order checkout on EzMonsterDeals.
  • The customer agrees to pay all charges for any item(s) that are returned, rejected or refused. Charges will include all duty, taxes, and customs charges, shipping charges will be deducted from original purchase price minus any additional charges associated with the return of goods.

EXCEPTIONS TO SHIPPING SERVICES

EzMonsterDeals DOES NOT have any control over shipping services once an item is shipped. Our guarantee is that the item will show full tracking from end to end. Once an item(s) reaches its destination and shows a delivered time and day, then customer is responsible for any package pickups, stolen items, and/or forwarding or missing mail. EzMonsterDeals is automatically released of any liability for the above given situations.

SCENARIOS THAT MIGHT HELP A CUSTOMER, AFTER SHOWING 'DELIVERED' STATUS

The following information, might help a customer if an item shows delivered but you didn't receive the product. Feel free to contact us if you experience any further issues or have additional questions.

Call USPS directly, with the tracking number provided, 1-800-275-8777 and talk to a customer support agent.

Call UPS directly, with tracking number provided, 1 (800) 742-5877 and talk to a customer support agent.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping delays MAY or MAY NOT occur, after item(s) are in transit with the customer selected shipping carrier. This could happen during a holiday or non-holiday season. EzMonsterDeals, assures our customer that once an item is shipped, then the item will remain in transit until tracking status shows 'delivered'. Unfortunately, EzMonsterDeals cannot control or make demands upon UPS or USPS to deliver packages on time or based on estimated timeframes. If our customer experiences delays, then EzMonsterDeals can investigate the matter. Feel free to contact us, with any questions.

PACKAGE REFUSAL, NONDELIVERY OR FAILURE TO PICKUP, MISSING MAIL?

Circumstances would include the following:

  • Any package returned due to non or undeliverable address at no fault of EzMonsterDeals.
  • Rejected without EzMonsterDeals consent or notification.
  • Buyer refused to pickup package at post office or other carrier's shipping distribution center.
  • Wrong address due to buyer moving, incorrect information and/or forwarding mail.
  • Missing Mail? EzMonsterDeals is not responsible for any carrier service that leaves a package unattended and/or not left in customers possession. These types of scenerio's are not within EzMonsterDeals control. 
  • IF you have an issue with porch pirates and/or stolen packages, missing mail, miscomunications with your shipping service, etc.. then contact the carrier service directly by phone. Tell them to hold the items at the facility, before the estimated delivery date. Once placed on hold, then the customer will have the ability to pickup the package.

Buyer will be charged all sending & returning shipping charges, for any package returned due to package refusal, non-delivery and/or failure to pickup item at shipping facility.

*Customer pay a ONE-TIME shipping fee upon checkout of goods. EzMonsterDeals WILL NOT re-ship any item due to the fault of the customer.
