ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED?

DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE? Life's not perfect and neither is our company.

HOWEVER, If you received your item and you feel its not as described (i.e. totally opposite from what is stated in the listing), then contact us right away. We'll make sure to help you in every possible way. We understand stuff happens, even by accident so feel free to email thru EzMonsterDeals. Hang onto all original packaging and materials, plus product in question for returns.

CUSTOMERS' PERCEPTION OF ITEMS RECEIVED

EzMonsterDeals strives to be honest to our customers. EzMonsterDeals will research, describe and/or give as much information that is available to us online or through the physical aspects of any product we carry in stock. However, its impossible to describe every little detail. We find most buyers are happy with our description and products received. Sometimes, buyers feel that the item was perceived differently. ABUSIVE CUSTOMERS' BEHAVIOR

EzMonsterDeals respects our customers and we will work thru any miscommunication or error on our part. However, we reserve the right to refuse service, when a customer becomes abusive. Read our Behavior Policy for full details.

PRICING POLICY

EzMonsterDeals strives to be within range of most fair online market values & pricing. If you feel our items are not accurately priced, then no worries. Send us a message, with a link to an online website or marketplace and we will be happy to investigate the matter. EzMonsterDeals also accepts offers ONLINE ONLY. We DO NOT accept offers or negotiate prices over the phone or thru messaging. We strive to give our customers a competitive online market discount, but we DO NOT guarantee any pricing structure. EzMonsterDeals pricing structure is only available to the site owners.

PRODUCTS FROM U.S. DISTRIBUTORS & WHOLESALERS

EzMonsterDeals buys from U.S. distributors & Wholesalers. We sell 100% authentic and legitimate namebrand products, as well as generic items. We fact check and investigate all of our suppliers, before purchasing any goods. EzMonsterDeals WILL NOT provide supplier information to our customers.

PACKAGE REFUSAL, NONDELIVERY OR FAILURE TO PICKUP ITEM AT CARRIER'S FACILITY?

Circumstances would include the following:

  • Any package returned due to non or undeliverable address at no fault of EzMonsterDeals.
  • Rejected without EzMonsterDeals consent or notification.
  • Buyer refused to pickup package at post office or shipping distribution center.
  • Wrong address due to buyer moving, incorrect information and/or forwarding mail.

Buyer will be charged all sending & returning shipping charges, for any package returned due to package refusal, non-delivery and/or failure to pickup item at post office.

Buyers pay a ONE-TIME shipping fee upon checkout of goods. EzMonsterDeals WILL NOT re-ship any item due to the fault of the buyer.

CANCEL MY TRANSACTION

Buyers can cancel transactions, before any item is shipped out. We allow up to three cancellations, per calendar year. However, if an item has been shipped then unfortunately we CANNOT cancel the transaction. Once the goods are in transit, it becomes buyers responsibility to ship the items back at buyers expense for a refund.  Review our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for further details.

SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS' ORIGINAL PAYMENT ADDRESS

EzMonsterDeals WILL NOT ship outside your original payment address - no exceptions to this rule! This is to prevent fraudulent activity on EzMonsterDeals website. You can change your own address prior to checkout. Before you checkout, simple hit the edit button. Then type your desired shipping address. Once payment is submitted, then we cannot change your address. You are also welcome to cancel the transaction, prior to shipping.  Review our Shipping Policy for further details.
