Yes, we accept returns. All customers have 30 days from original order date to return item(s). In order for us to process any refunds, the customer must have an active account on file in order for us to process a return. Please make sure to finish signing up for an account within 30 days, otherwise we cannot process any refunds.
Our company does not offer exchanges.

- Please message us before returning any items. No items will be returned without prior authorization.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of original order date.
Items must be returned in the same condition as sent.
- USED items must be sent back as received and in original condition. Any paperwork, certificates, accessories, tags, extra items must also be returned with original contents. Used items cannot smell (i.e. smoke, etc.) or show signs of usage.
- NEW items must be returned not opened and not used in "as new condition", in their original packaging with original contents or tags attached. Any paperwork, certificates, accessories, extra items must also be returned with original contents.
- Upon return, if any further damages diminish the value of Used or New items may result in no refund and/or we reserve the right to deduct 50% restocking fee to any charges that may apply to false claims of any returns. No used, sampling or worn items will be accepted.
- Concerning garments, clothing or sporting good type products(new or used): U.S. health code regulations says that we cannot give refunds on certain products that may have touched the skin and/or worn/used or sampled. Know your size.
- EzMonsterDeals does not offer free returns.
- Customers may re-use the original packaging, or use their own packaging. Customers are responsible for safely shipping product(s) back to EzMonsterDeals, in original condition as sent.
- Customers is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Its recommended to purchase economical shipping with tracking. Insurance is optional for the customer. EzMonsterDeals DOES NOT reimburse customers for purchasing any return labels, shipping costs and/or packaging products.
- Any unopened or unused returned item, shall be refunded original price minus S&H charges (if applicable). We inspect all item(s), that are returned to EzMonsterDeals. All returns, must contain all original contents, any retail tags, products, any promo or free items, and original retail packaging/shipping box (if applicable).
- No restocking fees will be applied, as long as buyer returns any item in 'same condition' as sent. IF buyer returns any item in a different condition 'as sent'. Then we reserve the right to charge up to 50% restocking fee, for any products due to diminish of product value.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, from EzMonsterDeals to the customer, from customer to EzMonsterDeals. In the event, refunds are rejected, product is returned without authorization and/or otherwise we cannot accept return, then customer is responsible for shipping from EzMonsterDeals back to the customer. EzMonsterDeals does not offer free return shipping.
- EzMonsterDeals is not responsible for any packages that are lost, upon return of mail. Its recommend you pay for a service with tracking. As an option, buyer can pay for insurance (at customer's own discretion). EzMonsterDeals does not reimburse our customers for any return shipping services, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your account.
- International customer assumes responsibility for any duty, taxes, and customs charges. These costs require payment upon receipt of the shipment. Additionally, international buyers are responsible for all shipping charges applied upon order checkout on EzMonsterDeals.
- All customers agree to pay all charges for any item(s) that are returned, rejected or refused. Charges will shipping charges will be deducted from original purchase price minus any additional charges associated with the return of goods. The above rule also applies to International Customers, including all additional duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with return of goods.
- Non-Returnable Goods: We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that has been worn or used, undergarments, jock straps that were used, tried on or removed from sealed package. Reason being, its not permitted per U.S. health code laws and regulations that govern returns on apparel or undergarment type merchandise.
- When customers does not follow these standards will take action, anywhere from police reports, FBI internet fraud complaints, legal court suit, collections agency, etc.
