    • Known defects: Needs new batteries & screws are difficult to remove on battery compartment. We tried to open a few of these products, for testing purposes. Screws either stripped or damaged while trying to replace batteries. However, the ones that we eventually tested, did in fact work with new batteries, but still was difficult opening battery compartment.

    • Other: Buyer receives item 'NEW' in package. Unable to test products. Seller cannot guarantee 'SOUND' and/or 'WORKING' product. Please be aware, that buyer purchases item AS-IS, in non-working condition. Still makes a great bottle opener without sound.
